The European Digital Competence Framework for Citizens, known as DigComp, is a reference tool developed by the European Commission to assess and improve citizens’ digital literacy.

What does DigComp 2.2 define?

This updated version, released in 2022, establishes 5 key areas:

• Problem solving

Each area is subdivided into levels and specific competences.
