In June 2025, DIGITRAIN launched an ambitious digital awareness campaign targeting low-qualified adults in various European countries.
The main objective of the campaign is to raise awareness about the importance of basic digital skills for improving employability, social participation, and access to public services.
The campaign is delivered through multiple channels: social media, local media outlets, in-person workshops, and accessible audiovisual materials featuring subtitles and inclusive language. In addition, a multilingual website has been developed where users can access educational resources and participant testimonials about how DIGITRAIN has helped them improve their digital skills.
To maximize reach, the campaign involves project partners in Spain, Italy, and Germany, who tailor the messages and content to the cultural and linguistic context of each country. Partnerships are also being fostered with local organizations, training centers, and public administrations to reach vulnerable groups.
This outreach effort not only increases the visibility of the project but also helps build a European community committed to digital inclusion, aligned with the objectives of the European Commission’s Digital Education Action Plan 2021–2027.
